By formalizing hardware delivery and initiating the Swarm mesh, the Client accepts absolute operational responsibility. Kytin Ltd assumes **zero liability for swarm state-changes** following the local generation of the Hardware Root of Trust via the Stinger.
The Stinger acts as a physical air-gapped cryptographic guillotine. Once the identity is minted locally, Kytin Ltd retains zero capability to override, recall, or intercept the autonomous network. The Client assumes absolute liability for the sovereign actions of the localized Swarm.
