By formalizing hardware delivery and initiating the Swarm, the Client accepts full operational responsibility. Kytin Ltd assumes 100% Client liability for state-changes following the physical generation of the Propolis Seal via the Stinger.
The Stinger acts as a physical air-gapped cryptographic guillotine. Once the Propolis Seal is minted locally, Kytin Ltd retains zero capability to override, recall, or intercept the autonomous network. The Client assumes absolute liability for the sovereign actions of the localized Swarm.
